Chef Bryan Byrd

Owner and operator of Byrd’s Seafood Co, is a native of Irvington, Virginia, who has called the Northern Neck home for as long as he can remember.  Bryan fell in love with the restaurant industry in his teen years.

His 17 years experience includes several local restaurants, along with 5 years living in Key West, Florida, working in the fast paced restaurant and bar industry. It was there that he discovered how passionate he truly was about the food, beverage, and the hospitality industry.
